Logistics Lead - Programme Integration (Logistics)

Job Summary
Develop a comprehensive logistics strategy and delivery roadmap for a major Canadian nuclear new build programme, integrating material flows, workforce logistics, heavy transport, and supply chain optimisation. Define detailed logistics requirements, constraints, and risks to ensure alignment with engineering, design, and programme objectives from the earliest stages. Lead logistics consultants and specialist advisers while establishing governance, reporting, and assurance processes to support safe, efficient, and timely project delivery. Embed logistics considerations within design and construction planning activities to promote DfMA, modularisation, and offsite manufacturing opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Proven logistics leadership experience on major infrastructure, energy, nuclear or industrial projects
- Experience developing logistics strategies for complex construction programmes
- Strong understanding of construction planning, sequencing and site operations
- Experience integrating logistics into design and programme development
- Knowledge of DfMA, modular construction and offsite manufacturing
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Nuclear new build experience
- Understanding of nuclear regulatory environments
- Experience of rail, marine, heavy lift or oversized load logistics
- Experience working in highly regulated environments
- Strategic and systems-thinking mindset

- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills

- Must be available for weekend shifts
