Job Summary
Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping. Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and support timely order fulfillment, including rush orders and shipping documentation. Ensure quality standards and compliance with Health & Safety policies while processing paperwork for returns. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and resolving issues. Support the warehouse team to meet operational goals. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a 3PL Logistics environment required, with morning shifts, sometimes evenings and weekend availability needed. Working knowledge of Canadian HSE regulations and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential; SAP Warehousing and forklift operation are assets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a 3PL Logistics or related warehouse environment
- Morning shifts, sometimes evenings and weekend availability may be needed
- Monday to Friday
- Working knowledge of Canadian HSE regulations
- Strong communication skills
