Job Summary
Lead role at Carvana Logistics Lead overseeing inventory and operations at Logistics Hubs & Inspection Centers. Responsibilities include assisting in Warehouse, Logistics & Transportation activities; leading and developing a team; supporting Logistics Associates and Vehicle Transporters with daily functions (huddles, scheduling, training, shuttle driving, loading); validating processes to meet work standards; monitoring team performance via KPI reporting; handling RFID-based inventory processes; managing Third Party (3P) transactions and inbound/outbound trips; inspecting receivables and sign-offs; coordinating with warehouse and transportation personnel to facilitate delayed shipments; managing EV inventory and charging; communicating between Logistics and business partners; supporting outbound lane audits; maintaining logistics inventory; receiving, putting away and staging vehicles; coordinating with onsite vendors; and organizing employee engagement events. The role requires readiness for varied weather, strong communication, and a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Certifications/clearances include background check and drug screening; this role is safety sensitive; visa sponsorship is not offered. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent desirable
- Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
- Must have no more than two moving violations in the last three years or DUI
- Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Possess the energy and drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines and find solutions
