Job Summary
Coordinate daily work floor activities and plan the efficient operation of the loading dock. Lead the Distribution Department safety effort, manage bulk material inventory, and oversee material flows to support plant performance goals. Direct start and end of shift meetings, interface with supply vendors and the on-site fleet, and lead timely problem resolution efforts. Support palletizer machine performance, participate in quality audits, and drive department improvement initiatives consistent with plant strategy. Manage on-site recyclables and order pick-ups as needed while initiating timely communication flow through the organization. Perform any assigned duties within the scope of the job as defined by management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in this department

- Exceptional communication skills
- Using available information, demonstrate the ability to coordinate and prioritize in a manner that is most beneficial for plant operations
- Excellent training skills
- Ability to understand and use network computer applications and electronic mail

- Successful completion of training as identified on Technology Matrix
