Job Summary
Coordinate daily work floor activities and plan efficient loading dock operations. Lead distribution department safety efforts, manage bulk material inventory, and oversee material flows to support plant performance goals. Direct start and end of shift meetings, interface with supply vendors and fleet, and lead timely problem resolution for palletizer machine performance. Participate in quality audits, manage on-site recyclables, and drive department improvement initiatives consistent with plant strategy. Perform any assigned duties within the job scope. Requires 3 years of department experience and exceptional multi-tasking skills. 2-2-3 shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in this department

- Using available information, demonstrate the ability to coordinate and prioritize in a manner that is most beneficial for plant operations
- Excellent training skills
