Job Summary
Reconcile inventory and coordinate procedures, including conducting cycle counts, physical inventory, and system searches to locate products. Investigate causes of inventory discrepancies, maintain accurate records for shortage detection, and implement loss prevention programs with management. Perform weekly cycle counts, make system adjustments, and inspect inventory diagnostics while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate inventory procedures for returned products and manage complex spreadsheets using Excel. This role is located in West Jefferson and offers multiple shifts and schedules.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of recent experience in a warehouse inventory role
- 3 to 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience working with 4,000+ SKUs
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‐time basis without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
