Logistics Intern

Support logistics and distribution by coordinating deliveries of program materials, tracking waybills and delivery notes, and monitoring distributions in the NPA ERP system. Assist with procurement by sourcing vendor quotations, preparing purchase requisitions, and ensuring compliance with donor guidelines. Manage stores and inventory by receiving goods, maintaining stock cards, conducting physical counts, and ensuring proper rotation. Handle fleet management duties including vehicle scheduling, maintaining movement logs, and coordinating maintenance. Update logistics trackers, compile monthly reports, and ensure all documentation meets audit standards.
