Job Summary
Logistics Intern at Inland Transportation Services supporting daily operations, client relations, and marketing outreach. Responsibilities include fielding customer needs, coordinating operational milestones, assisting with digital marketing campaigns (including social media management, web-based content, and print), tracking territory-based logistics data, preparing internal reports, assisting in gathering data for RFQ/RFP freight rates, and learning to analyze current market trends to identify new business opportunities. The role requires basic Microsoft Office proficiency and strong written/verbal communication skills; prior CSR or retail/hospitality experience is preferred. This is a paid, entry-level internship located on-site at the Millwood facility, with flexible scheduling to accommodate class commitments and mentorship from industry experts.
