Job Summary
Develop and maintain the Project Interface Management Plan, establishing tools like the Interface Register and Matrix to track points between infrastructure packages and external stakeholders. Chair regular coordination meetings to resolve conflicts and define escalation paths, while reviewing contractor drawings and method statements to ensure alignment at tie-in points. Oversee the Project Logistics Plan covering material delivery, site access, and traffic management, optimizing corridor use and heavy transport schedules to avoid unsafe conditions. Coordinate with authorities for permits and approvals, maintain accurate records in PMIS platforms, and ensure all activities comply with HSSE requirements and local regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)
- More than 15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure, utilities, or industrial projects
- Proven experience in interface management and logistics coordination on major multi-contractor projects
- Demonstrated capability in preparing and managing interface documentation and logistics plans
- Experience with PMIS platforms (e.g. Aconex)
- Strong reporting/documentation skills
- Familiarity with relevant KSA standards, authority requirements, and permitting processes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in KSA/GCC
- PMC experience
- Strong understanding of infrastructure utilities (potable/fire water, irrigation, MV/LV, telecom, drainage, GRP, etc.) and their coordination in shared corridors
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to manage multiple interfaces and priorities under time and schedule pressure
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Fluency in English
- Arabic proficiency
