Job Summary
Logistics & Indirect Sourcing Engineer will source, negotiate, and manage suppliers for indirect categories (services, facilities, IT, engineering support, and logistics); manage import/export shipments with customs clearance and HS code verification; ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation; optimize logistics costs and vendor performance; conduct cost analysis, negotiations, and contract management to achieve savings; create Purchase Orders based on approved Requisitions; collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement; hands-on experience with RFx, PR-PO processes, ERP systems (Oracle, Jaggaer or similar); minimum 2 years in end-to-end shipments and 1 year in supplier evaluation across indirect sourcing; travel/flexibility to support critical logistics activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or Engineering with 2–3 years of experience in procurement, handling import/export operations, and customs clearance processes, or in a similar role.
