Job Summary
Conduct night HGV deliveries from 15:30 to 23:30, ensuring 99% OTIF while maintaining site standards and completing daily vehicle inspections. Perform safe loading and unloading, execute cycle counting, and facilitate internal customer interactions through receipt to delivery. Uphold HSS policies by completing point-of-work assessments, reporting defects, and challenging unsafe procedures. Participate in Mini-business meetings, apply visual management tools, and lead Kaizen projects to drive continuous improvement. Maintain a positive image of the Logistics function and UK Power Networks while supporting the Continuous Improvement Programme.
Required Qualifications
- HGV Class I or II Licence holder
- Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
- Sub Station Entry (including First Aid)
- FLT Certificate
