Job Summary
Logistics Handling Operations Administrator role based in Shenzhen focusing on export FCL/LCL shipments CN–EU/CIS corridor. Daily duties include documents checking, cargo arrangement, system filing, and maintaining communication with customers. Responsibilities also cover cost and quotations checks, ensuring documents follow company rules, tracking reports, data input, and handling special cases in the shipping process with escalation to the operation Supervisor/BD when needed. Requires 3+ years in International Freight Forwarding, diploma/degree in logistics management, proficient English, and strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); emphasizes teamwork, customer interaction, independent problem-solving, and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree of logistics management
- At least 3 years’ experience in International Freight Forwarding industry
- Good spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of PC skill in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Interact friendly and frequently with customers on a daily basis
- Work closely with peers to tackle challenges in daily operation and be a team player
- Work independently and be a problem solver
- Willing to take responsibility in every task assigned and follow through the entire process
