Job Summary
Daily operation including documents checking, cargo arrangement and system filing. Focus on export FCL and LCL shipments CN–EU/CIS corridor to ensure work efficiency. Check costs/quotations, including terms and conditions for cargo arrangement. Ensure related documents follow company rules. Maintain contact with all concerned parties to keep cargo and transportations under control. Manage tracking reports and data input with proper filing. Handle special cases in the shipping process and escalate to operation Supervisor/BD for solutions when needed. Address customers' additional requests.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree of logistics management
- At least 3 years’ experience in International Freight Forwarding
- Good spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of PC skill in word, excel and power point
- Interact friendly and frequently with customer in a daily basis
- Work closely with the peers to tackle the challenges in daily operation and be team player
- Work independently and be problem solver
- Willing to take responsibility in every task assigned and follow through the entire process
