Job Summary
Logistics & Global Trade Data Analyst focused on enabling data-driven decision-making for global logistics and international trade. Responsibilities include analyzing transportation, customs, and operational data to identify trends, delays, and cost drivers; monitoring KPIs such as lead time, OTIF, and freight costs; performing root cause analysis on delays and cost overruns; building and maintaining dashboards/reports using ERP/TMS data and BI tools; ensuring data accuracy across systems; collaborating with logistics, trade, procurement, and finance teams; handling ad hoc data requests; and supporting optimization of routes, inventory, and costs. Requires a completed bachelor's degree, strong English, 1+ years in relevant fields, SQL basics, and proficiency with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) and ERP/TMS systems; knowledge of import/export and compliance is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Completed bachelor's degree
- +1 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, data analysis, or global trade environments
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills with experience handling large datasets
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with ERP and/or TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL
- Understanding of logistics KPIs (lead time, OTIF, transportation costs)
- Knowledge of import/export processes, customs, and trade compliance concepts is a plus
- Experience in data cleaning, validation, and reporting standardization
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
