Job Summary
Logistics Fulfillment Associate responsible for filling customer orders using a pick list and preparing shipments according to company standards; obtain merchandise from bins, ensure completeness and correctness of orders, and may operate materials handling equipment; duties may include shipment/distribution, inspection of incoming/outgoing shipments, receiving and preparing outgoing shipments; requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in a temperature-controlled environment, and maintain safety and OSHA compliance. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0.5-1 years forklift experience preferred
- Ability to work in a temperature-controlled environment (62 Degrees Fahrenheit)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Customer service skills, problem solving abilities, and ability to work with a variety of personalities
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Adherence to safety regulations and OSHA compliance
- Experience in operating materials handling equipment (if applicable)
