Job Summary
Coordinate and manage all aspects of fielding and training events at the specific OCONUS location. Develop System Support Packages (SSP) and conduct equipment fielding. Develop Training Support Packages (TSP) and conduct New Equipment Training (NET). Receive, review, and ensure all Units’ schedules for fielding and training events are reflected in the Unit Master Fielding Schedule. Ensure equipment and items are procured to support fielding and training; monitor due in and due out equipment; coordinate with installation points of contact before and during fielding events. Interface with ASAALT, AMC, MACOMs and receiving units for logistics and training requirements. Execute fielding of equipment per Materiel Fielding Plan (MFP) or MON. Establish NET per TSP (lesson plans, program of instructions, view grafts, charts). Obtain and maintain training certification from MCOE Directorate of Training (DOT). Assist establishment, vetting, and training of Fielding Teams for on-site activities. Set up fielding site and execute the fielding event. Pack equipment for shipment upon completion. Provide Instructor Key Personnel Training (IKPT) interface with suppliers for NET TSP. Conduct NET and other PM training requirements (IKPT, Train-the-Trainer, sustainment training). Assist with displays for VIPs; coordinate firing ranges with ammunition for NET. Demonstrate traits of Dynamic, Thorough, Mature, Forthright, Inquisitive, Timely, and Honest collaboration to support the program.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of War (DOW) Secret security clearance
- High School/GED and >14 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree and >12 years, or Bachelor's degree and >5 years
- Demonstrated experience with Logistics Automated Systems
- Ability to communicate with executive management to ensure program related issues are addressed
- Ability to think and act independently in a distributed work situation
