Job Summary
Manage on-site inventory, material flow, and kit preparation to support installation activities on commercial fleet vehicles. Receive and verify incoming materials, maintain accurate records, and perform routine checks to reconcile discrepancies. Prepare installation kits aligned with daily production schedules and coordinate just-in-time material flow to prevent delays. Track inventory movements using digital tools, ensure proper storage within PODs, and report shortages or damaged components immediately. Follow all safety procedures, use required PPE, and maintain clean, hazard-free work areas. Collaborate with installation teams and the Site Leader to ensure material readiness and support continuous improvement of logistics processes.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or material handling roles
- Experience with inventory management and material tracking
- Ability to organize and manage materials in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and installation environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move materials as required
- Valid driver's license
- English Communication: All employees must be able to communicate effectively in English during operations
- Work Authorization: All employees must have valid legal authorization to work in the US
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting field operations or mobile installation programs
- Familiarity with just-in-time (JIT) material flow
