Job Summary
Manage overall FG warehouse activities including material receipt, labeling, storage, inventory management, and audits. Timely complete system entries after physical movements, close material discrepancies, and maintain 5S standards. Review daily cycle count reports, verify differences, and ensure monthly inventory matches system records. Coordinate manpower planning for vehicle loading/unloading, align with sales and finance for invoicing and dispatch documents, and monitor rejection disposals for reverse logistics. Ensure 100% correct and on-time customer dispatches while resolving SAP module issues with outsourced agencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. Com, B.Sc.) with Diploma/MBA in Material Management OR Engineering Diploma/BE with Diploma/MBA in Material Management
- Experience in SAP MM/ WM/ SD module (Mandatory)
- Must be available for one of our locations in One Mobility Group in Asia India, (Pune Lonikand)

- Communication skills to handle customers & transport vendors
- Inventory level monitoring skills
