Job Summary
Logistics Engineer responsible for analyzing end-to-end logistics processes across transportation, warehousing, and Control Tower operations; designing future-state processes to improve efficiency and service performance; supporting implementation projects from contract signature through go-live and hypercare; conducting process engineering, testing, and validation; performing UAT and supporting onboarding/training; monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement across international projects in a split Wroclaw, Poland or Contern, Luxembourg setup. Collaborates with Project Managers, Solution Leads, Service Delivery Managers, Continuous Improvement Managers, and customers to ensure scalable, efficient logistics processes aligned with operational requirements; requires strong analytical mindset, stakeholder management, and experience with process optimization, KPI management, and digital-tool implementations; English fluent.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, process engineering, business analysis, or continuous improvement
