Logistics Engineer

Job Summary
Logistics Engineer responsible for end-to-end factory logistics management, warehouse and outbound operations, and ensuring delivery of materials to the right place at the right time. Focus areas include reviewing and implementing warehouse operating procedures to meet KPI/financial objectives, managing capacity, productivity, and cost-saving projects, publishing management reports and KPIs, leading continuous improvement initiatives (Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, Kaizen), and coordinating 3PL/vendor performance to meet contractual objectives. Must ensure compliance with Environment, Health and Safety requirements and ISO/GDP/FDA regulations; experience with SAP and knowledge of logistics for reagents, biologicals, and dangerous goods is a plus. Travel occasionally. This is a full-time role based in Singapore (Yishun).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or University Degree or equivalent
- Typically 4-5 years relevant experience
- Prior experience in SAP system is highly preferred
- Prior experience in Six Sigma, Lean, 5S and continuous improvement programs are preferred
