Job Summary
Safely operate a Goodwill truck to transport donations and goods between stores and donation centers across East Texas. Provide friendly, helpful customer service when interacting with donors and team members. Help load and unload donations while maintaining accurate route logs and vehicle inspections. Start each day with a safety check and route review, then work closely with store teams to move merchandise and donations efficiently. Meet friendly donors who are excited to support the mission, knowing every delivery helps fund job training and community programs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Great communication and people skills
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs
