Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end Indian supply chain operations for the organization, including replenishment from plant, international freight, importation, customs compliance, warehousing (3PL), transportation, distribution, inventory management, customer service, and reverse logistics. Drive cost budgeting, forecasting, and optimization to meet S&L targets; lead productivity improvements and working-capital optimization. Ensure scalable, compliant operations aligned with business growth; manage demand/supply planning, inventory accuracy, risk mitigation for variability, and governance with cross-functional partners. Lead 3PL/4PL performance, transportation planning, goods receipt/returns, and distributor issue resolution; provide regular operational reporting and drive continuous improvement programs. Ensure regulatory compliance (EHS, GMP), quality controls, and supplier/partner coordination. Possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and project-management skills with ability to balance execution and strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field required.
- Experience of 8–10+ years in supply chain, logistics, or fulfilment roles.
- Demonstrated people-management experience including leading operational teams and external partners.
- Experience in highly regulated, healthcare or pharmaceutical environments preferred.
