Job Summary
Logistics Supervisor to coordinate customer deliveries, manage outbound shipments via carriers, optimize routes and manpower, oversee pre- and post-trip inspections for DOT compliance, and lead a logistics team while collaborating with middle/upper management to drive policy and planning. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely, compliant, and safe shipping operations, delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, and developing staff through coaching and training.
