Job Summary
Receive and process equipment requests from offsite project teams, then schedule, track, and manage delivery and return of robots and equipment between warehouse and active sites. Maintain accurate, real-time status of equipment location, quantities, and availability across all active sites while owning the process for preparing, inspecting, and documenting equipment before dispatch and upon return. Serve as the primary logistics point of contact between project teams and the equipment/inventory function, communicating proactively on ETAs, blockers, and status. Coordinate the pulling, inspection, and kitting of equipment against request manifests, maintain internal vehicle fleet, and build SOPs/checklists as the program scales. Support contingency response when things go wrong in the field. Valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in logistics, dispatch, fleet operations, asset management, or field equipment coordination
- Track record of owning physical equipment through a full cycle - dispatch, delivery, recovery, return - not just booking shipping
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills - comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and external partners
- Proficiency with tracking systems, spreadsheets, and project management tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Jira, Confluence, inventory systems)
- Valid driver's license
- Thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment; comfortable solving problems in real time without waiting for permission
