Job Summary
Prepare finished goods and hardware packages for delivery to job sites, picking up and transporting materials as needed. Perform heavy lifting over 50lbs and solve problems regarding packing, loading, and material transport. Read blueprints, layout, and measure to ensure accurate installation, while maintaining quality control and communicating with the Logistics Coordinator and VP of Field Operations. Work standard hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to travel. Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean record and adhere to TRAG's core values and GWC standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license for three years with a clean driving record
- Must be able to lift over 50lbs
- Must be fluent in the English language

Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Experience in the cabinetry and millwork business
- OSHA-10 Certified
- OSHA-30 Certified
- Forklift Certified
- May possess an installer's skill set, including but not limited to reading blueprints, ability to layout and measure, understand concepts of plum, level and square, knowledge of material properties, finishing touches and damage prevention
- Knowledge of general hardware and the integration into the installation
