Job Summary
Logistics Data Entry Clerk responsibilities include entering and maintaining logistics data such as shipment details, railcar movements, inventory records, and service schedules; verifying data accuracy and resolving discrepancies with operations/dispatch/field teams; tracking shipment statuses and delivery timelines; maintaining digital and physical records; generating routine logistics performance reports; and assisting with billing documentation and compliance. Key skills include proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite, attention to detail, ability to manage large data volumes, strong organization and time management, and basic understanding of logistics/rail operations. Prior experience in data entry or logistics is preferred.
