Act as a liaison between the customer and operations, providing effective verbal and written communication while solving problems through troubleshooting. Ensure accurate data entry and answer all customer complaints in a timely manner. Gain a thorough understanding of customer needs and maintain all customer and Frontier systems. Prioritize projects to meet strict deadlines and maintain customer satisfaction. This role serves as an Account Manager for large or small accounts, offering potential growth for outstanding performance.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- At least 1 year of professional administrative experience in an office environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
