Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator

Manage administrative tasks, coordinate sales and marketing activities, and ensure smooth internal and external operations in Mexico. Assist the sales team with preparing reports, managing customer information, updating Salesforce CRM, and processing orders. Serve as the primary contact for inquiries regarding order management, shipments, quality, expedites, complaints, and returns. Process incoming purchase orders through the ERP system, analyze purchase recommendations, generate Purchase Orders, and maintain inventory levels using Kanban systems. Monitor KPIs including inventory turns, aged inventory, and forecast accuracy while collaborating with departments to resolve issues. Support marketing efforts through collateral updates, website changes, and customer engagement. Perform general administrative duties, schedule meetings, and work with external accounting firms to ensure compliance and manage accounts receivable. Requires a bilingual candidate with two years of experience in manufacturing or distribution.
