Job Summary
Logistics Customer Service & Sales Advisor role combining customer service excellence with sales support in a mid-level, part-time position (35 hours/week, Mon-Fri) based in Norwich, UK. Responsibilities: act as first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and systems; manage bookings, queries and service updates; coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure accurate delivery; resolve issues with ownership and strong customer relationships; support inbound sales enquiries, prepare quotes for warehousing, 3PL and courier services; identify upselling opportunities and contribute to revenue targets; maintain accurate data across systems and support reporting; and help identify areas for continuous improvement. Key skills include strong communication, organization to manage multiple priorities, commercial awareness with an interest in sales and customer growth, proactive ownership, good IT skills, and attention to detail.
