Job Summary

Logistics & Customer Service Administrator responsible for raising picking lists, checking off orders, organising haulage, processing returns, monitoring prepicked samples, and serving as the primary link between warehouse and customer service. Duties include processing orders and payments, ensuring documentation is ready for haulage, handling customer queries, proactive telesales to hit KPIs, coordinating with sales reps, and providing product knowledge. Requires strong administration, communication skills, ERP/office software proficiency, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Customer Services/Transport Co-ordination
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office packages
  • Knowledge of sales processes/order process and order fulfilment
  • Excellent communication and customer care skills (face-to-face and telephone)
  • Self-motivated and organised
  • Strong telephone and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Ability to develop technical product knowledge
  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above
  • Desirable: experience in importer/distribution company, ERP system, flooring/construction products
