Job Summary
Customer-focused sales role within a 3PL brokerage environment, responsible for building a book of business and selling freight services across multiple modes (Full Truck Load, Liquid Bulk, Flatbed, Reefer, and Specialized shipments) while delivering exemplary customer service, managing accounts, and negotiating spot and contractual freight (RFPs). Key duties include identifying logistics contacts, developing leads, pricing and winning freight, supervising client AR, achieving quarterly/yearly sales quotas, collaborating on sales strategies with leadership, and supporting shipments as needed. Requires strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and capability to function as a collaborative team member. Education/experience target includes a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Required Qualifications
