Job Summary

Logistics & Customer Experience Analyst in Pfizer Belgium responsible for end-to-end logistics coordination from manufacturing to point of use, acting as the main customer contact for shipment-related needs, ensuring EU GDP/GMP compliance, executing order management aligned with lead times, supporting O2C Sox procedures and audits, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with Finance to resolve issues while contributing to strategic initiatives in supply chain and people culture.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a supply chain related discipline or equivalent through experience
  • Two years of experience in a Customer facing / logistic role
  • Fluency in written and verbal English
  • Broad PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
  • Profound knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Customer fulfilment focus, strong problem-solving skills
  • Team Player, Performance and quality driven
