Job Summary
Establish and maintain strong customer-focused relationships while acting as the primary liaison between the client and the company on-site. Coordinate on-site project crews to ensure effective, economical, and time-sensitive move schedules, assigning specific tasks to maximize efficiency. Read and interpret floor plans, manage loading dock usage, and resolve logistical, technical, and crew issues to minimize company risk. Facilitate safety huddles, maintain regular status updates, and mentor team members to drive continuous improvement. Work shifted hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet changing project needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or GED equivalent
- At least three (3) years of commercial or household goods relocation related experience
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general job-related documents, floor plans, and maps
- Ability to write job site reports and lessons learned
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to physically lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds

Desired Qualifications
- Ability to draw a basic set of as-built plans
- Possess and maintain a Driver's License, with the ability to qualify to drive a company passenger van

- Understanding of Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures
- Possess a thorough understanding of our reporting capabilities
- Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements
