Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary
Manage inventory levels and coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt shipment movement. Track all movements, review sales orders and shipping documents for accuracy, and fix shipping errors. Prepare bills and invoices while maintaining up-to-date data in Tricon systems for real-time records. Respond to customer inquiries, refer clients to proper channels, and ensure all customers are KYC'd and credit-checked prior to shipment. Develop processes to improve supply chain efficiency and ensure service quality meets standards. Work closely with Sales and Operations teams to support global trade operations in Rotterdam.
