Job Summary
Coordinate freight shipments between Conoco Philips and Alyeska Pipeline services, ensuring contractual compliance with shipping, receiving, billing, and deadline requirements. Monitor shipments for accuracy, update TruckMate and Excel spreadsheets, and receive local freight to support flights out of Kuparuk or direct shipment to Alpine. Lead drivers, loader operators, and warehouse teams while fielding customer inquiries and reviewing month-end reports prior to billing. Maintain strict adherence to HSSE policies and lift loads up to 50 lbs in an office environment exposed to extreme weather.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Three to four years of previous industry-related experience
- Knowledge of Software management system
- Ability to pass a background check to obtain a SIDA badge
- Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure while meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a timely, accurate and efficient manner
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and be a problem solver
- Ability to prioritize daily task and assignments
- Ability to adapt to change in a positive and constructive manner
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well with internal departments, vendors, and customers
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Must maintain a current valid driver's license to operate equipment on the tarmac and ramp
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree in business administration or a related discipline
- Experience with TruckMate
- Forklift experience
