Job Summary
Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse operations in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities include receiving shipments and signing off on receipt paperwork, sorting and inspecting contents, packaging and processing shipping documents and customs forms for Teltonika deliveries, maintaining and updating inventory records, placing replenishment orders, creating reports in MS Excel on inventory status, putting away stock, keeping a clean workspace, and contributing to SOP revisions/process improvement projects. Requires logistics/warehouse experience or relevant education, strong English communication, ability to lift up to 10 kg, organizational detail-orientation, and ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
Required Qualifications
- Education in Supply Chain Management/Logistics OR previous experience in a logistics/warehouse role
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Able to lift and move items up to 10kg
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
