Logistics Coordinator-ROAR

Intermodal Logistics Coordinator responsible for supporting day-to-day execution of intermodal shipments, coordinating rail, drayage, and final mile operations while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Acts as the primary daily point of contact for drayage carriers and rail providers; monitors shipment progress and proactively resolves delays to ensure reliable service. Troubleshoots disruptions such as missed cutoffs, equipment shortages, and terminal congestion; identifies and resolves potential service failures and communicates updates and alternatives to customers. Requires strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment, high attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.). Bachelor’s degree is preferred and a High School Diploma or GED is required. The role emphasizes collaboration with operations, sales, and pricing teams to improve outcomes and drive continuous improvement in intermodal workflows.
