Logistics Coordinator

Build daily schedules, assign drivers and equipment, and manage the Daily Load Board while verifying customer assignments. Serve as the primary contact for drivers, catchers, and processing plants by sending ETA updates and handling the dispatch inbox. Solve real-time disruptions from weather delays or equipment breakdowns by adapting lineups and coordinating repairs. Review driver paperwork for payroll accuracy and collaborate with maintenance on preventative repairs. Provide detailed end-of-shift handoff notes to ensure department alignment.
