Job Summary
Oversee and manage logistics processes at the Montreal terminal and remote terminals; review ground orders and coordinate their release to optimize terminal workflow; develop operational plans and collaborate with third parties to ensure unit availability and delivery; supervise inventory and implement stock-control systems; organize and optimize transportation operations to minimize costs and meet delivery deadlines; manage terminal billing and handle freight-control documents; update logistics management systems to support operational decision-making; identify production-tag requirements and prepare templates; ensure compliance with customs documentation (A8A) and coordinate product sampling for export; develop strategic plans to improve supply chain efficiency and profitability; on-site position with no remote work required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with logistics management software and data analysis tools
- Bilingual in English and French
