Logistics Coordinator

Take daily customer orders for ready mix concrete, concrete block, and precast materials using the Command Alkon system. Communicate regularly with customers, plant managers, operations managers, and mixer drivers to ensure timely distribution and address any delivery issues. Process credit card transactions for delivery payments and collaborate with the administration and sales departments to manage customer credit inquiries and maintain satisfaction. Create spreadsheets for production reports as requested by managers. This role supports Rahns Construction Material Company's operations across southeastern Pennsylvania, fostering a strong safety culture while serving municipalities, developers, and contractors.
