Job Summary
Logistics Coordinator responsible for handling end-to-end logistics and customer service tasks. Key duties include processing customer orders in SAP/MOCA, issuing invoices, resolving customer issues, maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers, tracking shipments and conducting traces, monitoring ordering patterns, assisting with post-billing procedures, verifying shipments and logistics documents, processing import/export paperwork, arranging transportation, obtaining rates and schedules, checking freight charges for accuracy, filing insurance claims, providing sales support by monitoring credit limits and liaising between sales and customers, and supporting inventory control by maintaining appropriate stock levels and organizing inventory. Requires an Associate's degree and 3–5 years of related experience, strong written and verbal communication, time management, multitasking, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Associate`s degree
- 3 to 5 years of related logistics/customer service/sales support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly efficient time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong capability to multitask and finish assigned projects before deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook
- Self-motivated and effective in a team setting and individually
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural business environment
