Job Summary
Logistics Coordinator for NCR Atleos, based in Cairo, Egypt, responsible for coordinating and executing logistics operations to support field services and large customer accounts. Key duties include managing inbound international shipments with invoice validation and dock-to-stock processing, overseeing order administration and parts planning via TSRP and CIMS, ensuring daily replenishment for Customer Engineers and Forward Stocking Locations, handling parts posting and RMA processes, reconciling backorders, coordinating delivery timelines with regional teams, and conducting LOCA analysis. The role also covers financial reconciliation between system data and general ledger values, and supporting audits, compliance, and weekly performance reporting. Requires a BSc in Logistics or related field, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency with CIMS and TSRP, excellent communication, and experience in inventory management, order processing, and supplier coordination. Must be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities, with occasional weekend and public holiday support as needed.
