Job Summary
Logistics Coordinator responsible for carrying out the shift's order fulfillment work plan, coordinating order allocation, replenishment, and the flow of inbound and outbound freight using Warehouse Management System (WMS) best practices to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency. Key duties include monitoring trailer and container check-ins, loading/unloading, reporting in WMS, ensuring driver and load documentation, managing open dock activities, communicating trailer moves, preparing inspection reports, coordinating with MHE Operators, assigning work, and handling inbound/outbound paperwork and carrier requirements. Requirements include a minimum high school diploma or GED, with college diploma in logistics a plus, and typically 3 years of warehouse/logistics experience with WMS experience.
