Logistics Coordinator - Maternity Cover

Job Summary
Arrange export paperwork, liaise with freight forwarders, and coordinate inbound supply chain operations to ensure products are imported and processed efficiently into 3PL locations. Maintain tracking of in-transit shipments, call out risks and delays, and provide operational visibility to improve supply chain performance and stock control. Coordinate 3PL order processing and dispatch to retailers while managing ERP systems to ensure accurate data. Support the combined efforts of Operations and Finance in investigating and recovering charges relating to OTIF deductions. This maternity cover role requires 2 years of import/export experience, knowledge of shipping dangerous goods, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Based in London, the position is part-time with flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience of 2 years in a similar import/export, retail, distribution, warehouse, or supply chain operations position
- Knowledge of shipping and handling dangerous goods across multiple territories
- Technically confident and quick to learn new software and platforms
- Excellent communicator, confident problem-solver, and highly organised with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Good Excel and reporting skills
- You'll need to be within easy reach and commit to being in as and when required by the Head of Operations
