Job Summary
Coordinate and prepare documentation for warehouse cargo movement, including shipping documents, order processing, and maintaining operational reports. Update Warehouse and Transportation Management Systems with cargo status while liaising with customers regarding shipments and deliveries. Manage company projects such as Kaizen and Lean initiatives alongside ad-hoc administrative duties. Requires minimum two years of logistics experience, a warehouse license, and proficiency in WMS and MS Office. Schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 6 pm.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Logistics industry
- License Warehouse
- Knowledge in permit declarations for both import and export
- Minimum 'O' levels or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration
- Good working knowledge of the following logistics operations areas – distribution, manufacturing, inventory planning, materials management
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Good Communication skills
- Good Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Good customer relationship management skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
