Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate import, export, and local shipments through freight forwarders and courier services, tracking statuses to ensure timely delivery. Manage customs deposits and facilitate clearance processes in compliance with JAFZA regulations, preparing and verifying shipping documentation including Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists. Negotiate terms with logistics partners and maintain communication with consignees and internal teams such as Project Engineers and Procurement. Utilize EDAS 2.0 and Dubai Trade platforms for customs and shipment processing. Requires 2 to 5 years of logistics experience within JAFZA Free Zone formalities and proficiency in relevant logistics systems.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics operations, specifically within the UAE and JAFZA Free Zone formalities
- Strong knowledge and experience with import and export procedures under JAFZA regulations
- Proficiency with logistics platforms such as EDAS 2.0, Dubai Trade, and similar systems
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- English language proficiency at minimum C1 level
