Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate and ensure compliant customs declarations, HS code classification, and settlement reporting. Manage ECUS/VNACCS declarations, monitor regulatory changes in Customs laws and FTAs, and conduct audits to ensure data integrity. Lead cross-functional data reconciliation between Customs, Warehouse, and Accounting to ensure accuracy of input-output-inventory, validate actual consumption norms with Production, and prepare annual BCQT reports. Requires strong proficiency in HS Code classification, CN/C/O optimization, professional English in logistics terminology, and SAP data management. Be mindful of fraud prevention messages from the company during the application process.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Foreign Trade, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 2 years experience in Logistics/Customs in manufacturing
- Proficient in ECUS/VNACCS and SAP
- Strong English proficiency in logistics terminology
- HS Code classification expertise
- Experience preparing Customs Settlement Reports (BCQT)
- Attention to detail and data reconciliation skills
- Regulatory monitoring of Customs laws and FTAs
