Job Summary
Oversee order handling, track and report the status of customer orders, and coordinate deliveries to meet processing times. Manage warehouse and inventory movements to ensure goods flow efficiently through facilities. Enhance customer service experiences by communicating effectively with internal and external customers and collaborating with team members for smooth deliveries. Occasional warehouse support (loading/unloading) as needed. Requires post-secondary education, strong customer service and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Windows, Outlook), reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have access to own vehicle, be able to pass a pre-employment background check, and work the day continental schedule. Location: Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- Post Secondary Education
- Office/administrative experience preferred or experience with Excel, Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
- Must have access to own vehicle
- Able to pass pre-employment Criminal Background Check
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Warehouse experience considered an asset
- Transportation/Logistics considered experience an asset
