Job Summary
Logistics Coordinator II responsible for the receipt, put-away, storage, picking, movement, and shipping of materials within the Supply Chain; ensures adherence to OSHA, DOT, IATA, FDA, and ISO 9001 procedures; processes receiving/stockroom/shipping in Oracle ERP; maintains detailed reporting; coordinates with internal/external groups; safeguards product integrity including serial/lot number checks and inspections; leads inventory accuracy and cycle counts; proactively orders supplies; operates forklifts and related equipment; maintains filing systems; supports SOP development and training; ensures regulatory and safety compliance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma
- Associate's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Science, or equivalent preferred
- 2+ Years Experience in domestic and international receiving, warehouse, logistics or shipping
- 2+ Years Experience in receiving, packaging, handling, and shipping of sensitive material, especially cold chain products
- 2+ Years Experience using forklifts and/or other material handling equipment
- 2+ Years Experience in a Medical Device, Pharma, or other Healthcare field
- 2+ Years Experience using an ERP system in a manufacturing environment
- 2+ Years Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
- 2+ Years Experience in a GMP and/or FDA regulated environment
- 2+ Years Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Driver's License (Site specific)
- Logistics/Trade Compliance or Hazardous Handling/Shipping certifications (preferred)
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Highly organized with time management skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong problem-solving and compliance mindset
