Job Summary
Coordinate timely delivery of materials to support uninterrupted production; monitor inbound shipments, track delivery schedules with suppliers and freight forwarders; resolve delays and discrepancies including customs; maintain visibility of in-transit inventory; escalate shortages; review logistics invoices; update ERP with shipment status; participate in daily meetings; ensure compliance with shipping docs, incoterms, import/export where applicable; support process improvements in logistics coordination and lead-time reduction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate degree with relevant experience considered.
